He was predeceased by: his father Isaac Dotsey; his wife Janice Marie Dotsey; and his siblings, David Wayne Dotsey and Celestine Dotsey Davis. He is survived by: his mother Bertha M. Freeman; his children, James J. Wright of Dallas, Candice R. Dotsey of Lubbock and Marilyn S. Dotsey of Lubbock; his stepfather Harriel Freeman of Temple, Texas; and his siblings, Martin R. Denman of Temple, Harriel Lynn Freeman of Temple, Darryl E. Freeman of Temple, Mark V. Freeman of Temple, Janice Carrington-Dotsey of Temple and Nevador Beach (Mark) of Nolanville. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
