He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James, Mary Jane Schmoeller of Harlingen and Vivian Paine (Rod Rodriguez) of Harlingen. He is survived by: his wife Laurinda Paine of Temple; his children, Joseph Andrew Paine (Venessa) of Temple and Laurin Canava (Jaime) of Temple; his adoptive daughter Crystal Driver (Josh Driver) of Moody; his parent Sally Rodriguez (Rod Rodriguez) of Temple; his brother Stephen Paine (Patricia) of Harlingen; his siblings-in-law, Joseph Velasquez (Bridget) and Monica Haudek (Mike); and his grandchildren, Joshua Paine, Jaxsen Paine, Joseph Paine and Isabelle Paine.
