He is survived by: his stepsons, Jim Howell (Mindy) of Georgetown and Keith Howell (Toni); his stepgrandchildren, Isaac and Hannah of Georgetown; his stepdaughter Cheri Howell of Austin; his wife Linda M. Howell of Temple; his stepson Greg Burnette (Jodie); his stepgrandchild Jae of Mooreville; his stepchild Wes Burnette (Chastity); his stepgrandchild Abby of Brookhaven; his stepdaughter Cindy Burnette; and his stepgrandchild McKenzy of Temple.
JAMES ARNOLD (JIMMY) HOWELL, SR. died peacefully from complications due to COVID-19 just as the midnight clock turned to August 31, 2020 in Temple, Texas at the age of 79.
Jimmy requested that any memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, a charity dear to his heart.
