He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Charles and Ruth Linda Thomas Sauls; and his brothers, Charles Sauls, Eddie Joe Sauls Sr., Tony Lee Sauls, Preston L. Sauls and Roy Lee Sauls.
He is survived by: his wife Tonya Neman Sauls of Temple; his children, Jarrell Sauls of Austin, Dominique Marshall of Temple and Chaunta Williams of Trout, Louisiana; and his siblings, Leonard Sauls of Como, Michael Sauls of Round Rock, Peter Sauls (Monica) of Temple, Delia Mae Moore (Marion) of Temple, Deloise Wright (James) of Temple and Maxine Bell of Temple. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
