He was predeceased by: his wife Julie; and his parents, Delbert Goggans and Martha Goggans. He is survived by: his children, Leah Simmons (Daniel), Jake Goggans (Allie), Trenton Jones (Caitlin) and Anna Norman (Colton); his grandchildren, Hayden (Alexis), Bo Briggs, Sutton, Brantley, Walker, Sedona Mae and Big Jack; his sisters, Debra Dean (Leon) and Dr. Jill Bryant (Scott); and his siblings-in-law, Sallie Davis (Dirk), Col. W. D. and Joan Ray. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
