We are sad to announce that on September 20, 2024, at the age of 85, Isabel Matamoros of Temple, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Isabel shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Isabel farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Pedro Matamoros and Bonifacia Hernandez; his wife Mary Vriseno; and his children, Sylvia Garza, Olivia (Mitchell Taylor), Lydia (Julio Aleman) and Joe Louis (Christa Matamoros). He was also cherished by two brothers; 24 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; and 4 great great grandchildren.
