She was predeceased by: her parents, Anton Sirny and Hilda Motl; her son Robert Jezek; and her granddaughter Dana Chevre. She is survived by: her husband Robert Jezek of Durango; and her daughters, Jeannie (Robert Broughton), Betty, Thomas Krcha of Cyclone, Eve Mayes of Temple, Debra (Michael Chevre), Teresa (Kenneth Malcik) and Willie (Pedro Henslee). She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, thirty great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
