He is survived by: his wife Judy Blevins of Temple; his children, Neal Blevins of Troy, Dale Blevins (Mary) of Temple and Toni Tisdale (Larry) of Meridian; his grandchildren, Emily Blevins of Temple, Abigail Blevins of Harker Heights, Alyssa Parker (Gage) of Waxahachie, Daniel Blevins of Temple, Tyler Tisdale of Idaho and Garrett Tisdale of Idaho; his great grandchild Chase Parker; and his siblings, J. D. Blevins (Linda) of Salado, Larry Blevins of Temple and Sadie Drake of Temple.
