He is survived by: his wife's daughters, Amy and Sarah; his wife Mary; his daughter Amy; his son-in-law Todd Erskine; his children, Katelyn, Logan, Jackson, Carson and Sarah; his son-in-law Brian Wolf; his children, Bayleigh, Ramsey, Ella Washam, Ayla, Jolee and Marah Wolf; and his siblings, Frances Green (Richard), David Jezek, Fleshia Sebesta (Richard) and Jonni TenHoeve (Bob).
