She was predeceased by: her parents, Lilly Bird Pryor Johnson and John Alonzo Johnson; her siblings, John Cecil Johnson, Willis Howard Johnson and Lucille Elaine Johnson Taylor (James Roy Pope); and her daughter Jennnifer Lou Pope Dees.
She is survived by: her husband James R. Pope; her brother Cloyce Ronald Johnson; her son James Les Pope; and her grandchildren, Johnny Cuba and Tina Cuba.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Harper-Talasek Funeral Home (500 W Barton Ave, Temple, TX 76501). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
