He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Parsons and Nadine Parsons (Clair); his daughter-in-law Nita; his brothers, Don Parsons (Joyce), Al Parsons (Jeannie) and Harry Clair; and his brother-in-law Frank Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his sons, Paul Parsons and Patterson Parsons (Pamela); and his grandchildren, Kristin Gray (Tommy), Brett Parsons, Brandon Davis (Lori), Dustin Davis (Stacey), Jarrett Davis, Kara Parsons and Kyle Parsons. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
