She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Aaron and Nellie Viola Wilson (Higgins); her husband Robert "Bob" Williams; and her sons, Harold Zick, Marion Phegley and Lanny Dillingham.
She is survived by: her children, Richelle Williams of Temple, Sandra Jezek of Temple, Alan Williams of Temple and Robert Williams of Moody. She is also survived by twenty-four grandchildren, twenty-four great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
