It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Glenda Lowder (Temple, Texas), who passed away on December 4, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alma Whitis and Lindsey Whitis; and her husband Jimmy Joe Lowder. She is survived by: her children, Michael Lowder (Melissa) and Barbara Ann Kostiha (David); her siblings, Dwight Whitis (Voleetta) and Sue Reiger; and her grandchildren, Heather Brisbin, Stephen Lowder and Jonathan Lowder. She is also survived by four great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
