He was predeceased by: his parents, L. H. Weaver and Vivian Weaver; and his wife Billie M. Caswell. He is survived by: his daughters, Carolyn Raff (Don) of Bel Air, Janice Brooks of Granger and Marie Misfeldt (Kelly) of Llano; his grandchildren, Nicole Rosenzweig (Jason), Kevin Brooks (Robin), Damon Brooks (Jennifer) and Jenifer Houlroyd (Mike); his great grandchildren, Makayla Brooks, Abigail Rosenzweig, Hannah Brooks, Ella Brooks and Reagan Houlroyd; and his brother Joe Weaver (Hattie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
