He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Steve Marinik, Sr. and Annie Mae Marinik (Baker); and his brother Earnest Steve Marinik, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Betty Marinik (Farmer); his son Gerald Wayne Marinik, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Myrna; his daughter Cara Cantu; his son-in-law Martin; his grandchildren, Caitlyn Cantu, Iyanna Benavides and Garrett Marinik; his sister Linda Blevins; his siblings-in-law, JD and June Marinik; and his nephews, Johnny and Chad Marinik.
