She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Vincent and Elizabeth Vincent; her former husband Roy L. Franklin, Jr.; and her brother Phillip Vincent. She is survived by: her spouse Chris Powell; her sister-in-law Brenda Vincent; and her brothers, David (Vicki) of Odessa, Joe (Carol) of Odessa and Bynum (Joni) of Odessa. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, stepchildren, and step-grandchildren.
