He was predeceased by: his parents, Fulton Elmer, Sr. and Ethel Mattie Scott (Bryant); and his brother Alfred Rumple. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Gayle Scott; his children, Richard F. Scott of Temple, Brian Davis of Harker Height, Kaycee N. Scott of Belton, Tammy Knoles of Aubrey and Brandi Laufer of Colorado; and his sister Ethel Marie Johnson of Florida. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
