It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Frank Joseph DeSalvo of Temple, Texas, born in Harvey, Louisiana, who passed away on April 11, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Peter DeSalvo and Concetta "Mamie" Taulli DeSalvo; his former wife Esther Charrier DeSalvo; his son Gary DeSalvo; and his son-in-law Gary Sibley.
He is survived by: his wife Pam Bland DeSalvo of Bedford; his daughters, Paula Hollier (Robbie) of Willow Park and Joy Boquet (Duane) of Harvey, Louisiana; his daughter-in-law Bev DeSalvo of College Station; his stepdaughter Juli Bland; his son Tippy Bland; his sister Virgie Bender of Harvey, Louisiana; and his grandchildren, Sarah Riggs (Bill) of College Station, Daniel DeSalvo (Michelle) of Houston, Ashley Tucker (Josh) of Willow Park, Emily Dunnebacke (Joseph) of Willow Park, David Hollier (Lauren) of Weatherford, Saraya Sibley of Baton Rouge, Jamie Merete (Guillermo) of Gretna and Sarah Sibley of Fort Worth. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the Gary DeSalvo Endowment for Training Ministry Leaders at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor; a scholarship program set up in honor of Frank's son, Gary.
