He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank J. Vasek, Sr. and Rosie Matous Vasek; and his brothers, Edwin and Albert Vasek. He is survived by: his wife Linda of Temple; his children, Nikki Costanza (Matt Friendshuh) of Fort Worth, Dawn Heitman (Mark) of Temple and Steven Vasek of Temple; and his sister Edna Pechal of Temple.
