He was predeceased by: his parents, George Freese and Mary Freese (Sexton). He is survived by: his wife Michal Freese; his siblings, Vic Freese, Laverne Freese (Marykay) and Patty Pagel; and his brother-in-law Ron Vores (Linda).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Franks name can be made to the American Cancer Society.
