He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Evans and Sallie Irene Evans; and his sister Mary Iris Evans Lippe. He is survived by: his wife Anita Lynch Evans; his children, Michael Dwayne, Brian Keith and LaDonna Adkins; and his grandchildren, Ashley, Nicole, Samantha, Meagan, Darian, Derek, Makayla, Josh and Jacob.
