He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Jasper Watts and Maude Ellen Cook Watts; his wife Bobbie Jane Watts; and his brother George Willis Watts. He is survived by: his children, Lance Watts of Palestine Texas, Juanell Isaac-Brown (Glen Brown) of Abilene Texas and Terri Cantrell (Victor Cantrell) of Baird Texas; and his grandchildren, Daniel Watts of Seattle Washington, Elaina Isaac of Abilene Texas, Luke Miller of Abilene Texas and Sarah Terry (Toby Terry). He is also survived by great grandchildren along with other family and friends.
