She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Robert E. Kerr of Rosenburg; her children, Rhonda Smith of Temple and Darion Lowe of Austin; and her siblings, J. C. Lowe of Temple, Melvin Lowe of Temple, Craig Lowe of Temple, Terrance Lowe of Temple, Glenn Lowe of Temple, Reggie Lowe of Temple, Pastor Lula Reed, Cynthia Lowe of Temple and Gloria Lowe of Dallas. She was also cherished by two grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
