She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Arnold Fehrle and Leona Fehrle (Gummelt); her husband Rev. Vic Kilian of Temple; her children, Chris Kilian of Austin, Ted Kilian of Singapore, Beth Kilian of Temple and Lynne Deaver of Belton; her sister Mary Ann Taylor of Alvin; and her grandchildren, Sarah Wibberley, Melissa Moody, David Deaver, Amanda Gray, Cole Kilian, Vincent Kilian and Valerie Kilian. She was also cherished by eight great-grandchildren.
