He was predeceased by: his former wife Lovenia Ann Jones Smith. He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Darla (Nancy), Connie (John), Dennis (Gena) and Doug (Lisa); his sister Patricia Smith Yarbrough; his aunt June Ford Guthrie; and his sister-in-law Lehman Jones. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
