It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Ann Elliott (Temple, Texas), born in Ponca City, Oklahoma, who passed away on July 31, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Martin Balcer and Grace Balcer (McGrew); her children, Gene Elliott of Davis, Karen Rebele of Tulsa and Joe Elliott (Sarah) of Temple; her sister Mary Stacy (John) of Dallas, Texas; her husband Vic Elliott; and her brother Carl Balcer. She was also cherished by five grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren.
