He was predeceased by: his father John L. Williams. He is survived by: his mother Ophelia Turner of Belton; his wife Linda Williams of Belton, Texas; his children, Raymond Williams of Pflugerville, John Williams Jr. of Belton, Mike Jones of Belton, Lisa Trejo of Temple and Alice Powers of Belton; and his siblings, James Williams of Belton and Joan Fauver of Belton. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
