She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Mikulastik and Annie Mikulastik; and her brothers, Wiley and Robert Mikulastik. She is survived by: her husband William H. Coufal; her sisters, Teresa Palousek of Temple and Agnes Kohut of Pottsboro; and her nieces and nephews, Donny Palousek, Ronny Palousek, Steve Palousek, Linda Honey, Lisa Howard and Marlena Kohut. She is also survived by 10 great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials to the Alzheimer's Association (Alz.org) would be appreciated.
