She is survived by: her mother Patsy Breazeale of Temple; her husband Jeff Williams of Temple, Texas; her children, Dustin Allen Smith of Temple, Clinton James Smith of Temple and Shannon Renee Smith of Temple, Texas; and her brothers, Kenny Breazeale of Temple, William Breazeale of Temple and Patrick Tate of Temple. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
