He was predeceased by: his parents, R. E. Quinn and Margaret Quinn (Alexander); and his sisters, Janette Watt and Barbara Kizer. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Quinn of Temple; his children, Joshua Quinn of Trinidad, Jennifer Miller (Jeff) of Holland, TX and Staci Baklik of Texas; and his sisters, Delois Shed of Salado, TX, Melissa Nichols of Temple and Elizabeth Brackett of Troy. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
