He was predeceased by: his parents, Clare Wical and May Jean Wical; his son Jason E. Wical; and his grandson Luke E. Wical. He is survived by: his wife Gail Wical; his son Brian; his daughters-in-law, Crystal Wical and Kimberly Wical; his granddaughter Makayla Wical; and his siblings, Timothy Wical, Joy Carrol, Sue Branscum, Gay Patmore and Margaret Peterson.
In lieu of flowers, David requested contributions be made to the Ronald McDonald House.
