He was predeceased by: his parents, David Lee and Margaret Henrietta Wambolt (Miller); his brother Ronald Wambolt; and his granddaughter Rebekah Wambolt. He is survived by: his wife Janet Wambolt of Temple; his children, Tim Wambolt of Oklahoma, Troy Wambolt of Colorado, Cherie Wambolt of Temple and Chonda Hallam of Colorado; and his sister Karen Mooney of Canada. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
