It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Starkey of Temple, Texas, born in New Eagle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 6, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Bruce Sr. and Dorotha Mable Starkey (Field); and his siblings, Russell Bruce Starkey Jr. and Sandra Lee Starkey. He is survived by: his wife Marie Starkey; and his children, David Starkey Jr. (Melissa) and Tamala Starkey of Temple. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
