He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan Murray Mills and Mabel Celeste Davis Mills; his sister Charlotte Ann Davis; and his nephew Brad Davis. He is survived by: his wife Laurie Ann Mills (Brown); his children, Timothy Shawn Mills (Amy) of Colorado and Shelley JoAnn Mills Carrington (William) of New Jersey; his stepson Denman Michael Skrabanek; his grandchildren, Layne Hudson Mills, Van Palmer Mills, Alexis Sydney Mills, William Thomas Carrington IV, Penelope Jane Carrington and Emberlynn Hope Skrabanek; and his pets, Mylie, Leroy and Gracie.
