He was predeceased by: his parents, Garlin Green and Joyce Miller Green. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Voss; his children, Nathan Green (Maria Contreras) and Whitney Wilde; his grandchildren, Audrey Wilde, River Wilde, Joshua Platz and Ashley Platz; and his brothers, Jay Green (Susan) and Alan Green. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
