He is survived by: his former wife Minnie Dodson; his wife Mary Lou "Lucy" Bryant Havis; his children, Norman Frey, Amy Havis Redden, Jennifer Frey Hubbard (Ron) and Lisa Havis Palacios (Phillip); his siblings, Hilton Havis (Sue) of Axtel, Leatrice Motley of Hubbard, Essie D. Huse of Tyler and Mary Schronk of Waco; his sisters-in-law, Ruth Havis of Waco, Joyce Yates (Sam) of China Spring and Joan Donaldson (Bill) of Waco; his grandchildren, Brandon Rutledge, Shelby Machac (Paul), Casey Osborn (Dusty), Scout Carlson, Kylia, Kennon, Kolton Redden, Devan Ford (Deanna), Grant Ford, Ethan Havis, Ava Carbone, Lauren, London Palacios, Claire and Ariel Thomas; his great grandchildren, Camdyn Gooding and Laci Osborn; and also, Jessica and Allison Vaden.
