He was predeceased by: his parents, Sandy Tolbert and Melissa Tolbert; and his brothers, Glenn Earl Tolbert and Fred Harrison. He is survived by: his children, Michael, Marc, Valerie (Mark), Shanice, Melissa, Katelyn and Raven; and his brother Anthony "Jay" Tolbert. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and family.
