He was predeceased by: his fathers, Paul Collins, Sr. and Elmer Jones Collins; his daughters, Francis Rene Carroll, Pamela Sue Collins and Veronica Collins; and his siblings, Paul Collins, Jr., Elvin Collins, Harold Collins, Lillie Mae Collins, Merci De Williams, Loretta Collins and Ella Ruth Clark.
He is survived by: his sister Elnora Gray of Temple, Texas; and his children, Clifford Collins, Jr. of Fort Worth, Michael Collins of San Angelo, Baretta Collins of Jackson, Florida, Virginia Edmonds of Atlanta and Jacklyn Powell of Washington, D. C.. He is also survived by twenty-three grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and a host of relatives and friends.
