She was predeceased by: her husband Kevin. She is survived by: her parents, Harlo Breitenkamp and Carol Breitenkamp; her children, Amanda Metcalf (John Fuxa), Megan Moore (Devin) and Ryan Metcalf; her granddaughter Adalyn Metcalf; and her sisters, Elizabeth Smith (Tim) and Catherine Espinoza (Mark). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and loving friends.

Memorial donations may be made to Epilepsy Foundation of Oklahoma with Ladusau-Evans serving as custodian of the funds.
