She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Matteo Costenero and Maria Miglioretto Costenero; her husband Franklin Henry Welter; and her children, Mary Louise McEachern of Temple and Franklin Robert Welter (Carol) of Houston. She was also cherished by five grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
