He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Guthrie and Ola Guthrie (Findley); and his wife Minnie Guthrie. He is survived by: his sons, Samuel David Guthrie (Emily) of Temple and Benjamin James Guthrie (Zoe) of Spain; and his grandchildren, Braden, Ian Guthrie, Caroline and Sophie Guthrie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
