She was predeceased by: her parents, John Oliver and Allegra Gibbs Barnes; and her sister Judy Johnson. She is survived by: her sons, Justin McDonald of Dallas and Shelton McDonald of Houston; her grandchildren, Braeden McDonald, Keira McDonald and Maya McDonald; her sister Kay; and her brothers-in-law, Henry Allen, Jr. and Stuart Johnson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and loving friends.
