He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Dean Withers and Gladys Withers (Rochelle). He is survived by: his wife Charlene Withers; his children, Cindy Key (David), Sandi Touchet (Jacob) and Richard Shands (Shillo); his siblings, David, Tommy, Ronnie, Donna and Katie; and his grandchildren, Kayla, David, Karli, Dalton, Ricky of Sam, CJ, Ashlynn and Cera. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
