She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac Thurman and Maude Grovo Thurman; her husband Norval B. Buchanan; her son William Joseph Buchanan; and her sister Alta Buchanan.
She is survived by: her daughter Beverly Crocker (Bob) of Moody; and her grandchildren, Shon Buchanan (Roma) of Farmington, MO, Mike Buchanan (Dawn) of Temple, Christina Cost (Andy) of Krum and Scott Crocker (Amber) of Moody. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
