It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bettye Waddington in Temple, Texas, born in Plano, Texas, who passed away on April 15, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Oscar Wims and Delphine Wims; her sister Clare Shaffer; her children, Barry Culwell, Anne-Marie Waddington, Susan Perrin, Chris Waddington Jr., Dean Waddington and Danny Waddington; and her grandson Brandon Veazey. She was also cherished by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers Bettye asked that any memorials be made to the Temple Animal Shelter.
