She was predeceased by: her parents, George Washington Haynes and Lillie Annie Haynes (Lamb); her brother Glen Haynes; and her husband Billy Irby.

Betty, throughout her life, gave to many charities, in lieu of flowers, she requested that donations be made to the benevolent organization of your choice.
