We are sad to announce that on December 4, 2023, at the age of 78, Betty Mayhew in Temple, Texas, born in Flat, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Euna C. Wilkins and Genia B. Seward Wilkins; her husband Billy Mayhew; and her siblings, Pat Baker, Mary Wilkins, JoAnn Mitchell and William Wilkins.
She is survived by: her children, David Mayhew (Marci) and Suzanne Mayhew; her grandchildren, Jake Mayhew (Morgan) and Marleigh Mayhew; and her siblings, Robert Wilkins, Steve Wilkins, Lillie Bright and Jenny Lindley.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you honor Betty's memory with a bowl of Blue Bell vanilla ice cream, a cup of coffee and maybe even a Marlboro red.
