It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jane Luckey of Temple, Texas, born in Cameron, Texas, who passed away on October 21, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnnie James and Emmer Etta Sanders; her children, Loretta Jane Rambo and Stephen Wayne Halpain; her brothers, Leroy Sanders, Claude Sanders and Johnnie Sanders Jr.; her nephew Richard Sanders; and her pet Ozzy.
She is survived by: her son James "Jimmy" Luckey; her grandchildren, Kristal Morgan, Kyli Barker, Melissa Halpain and Brad Halpain; and her great great grandchild Jase Anthony. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
