He was predeceased by: his parents, Evan Davis and Bertha Leona Henry Davis. He is survived by: his former spouse Cary Ann Lollar; his wife Barbara Hines; his children, Jerry Davis and Stephanie Rushford (Mark); and his sisters, Anita Smith and Jean Hooper (Ed). He is also survived by 4 Grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and his 3 dogs.
