She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Ottmer and Ethel Ottmer; her husband George Laffere; and her son Troy Laffere. She is survived by: her son Bennie; her daughter-in-law Karen; and her grandchildren, Reid (Ann) and Lindsey. She is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in her name to Ronald McDonald House.
